Salary $45,000 - $130,000 & Sign on Bonus

Yankee Ford collision center is looking for a quality focused and reliable collision repair technician. We are a well-known shop with plenty of work. Located in a state-of-the-art repair facility equipped with a new car-o-liner frame machine, measuring system and resistance welder. Job Requirements:
2 plus years of auto body collision experience
Replacing and repairing bolt on and weld on panels
knowledge of structural or replacement repairs, airbag replacement and some mechanical work
Meet or exceed company's requirements for tech efficiency, cycle time (to keep vehicles on schedule for on-time delivery) and return rate
Work and communicate with production manager and estimators on the vehicle repair status, including supplements
Utilize all required safety equipment, follows proper repair procedures, and adheres to all requirements for hazardous waste disposal
Keep personal work area organized and clean, returns tools and maintains parts/materials carts in an organized manner

Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:
History of working independently and in a team environment
Highly organized, able to handle multiple concurrent assignments
Must provide own tools (in working order)
Complies with manufacturer and dealer safety guidelines and standards
Ability to effectively communicate with others
Ability to read and understand basic instructions, written estimates, and work orders
Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environment
